Cancellation Policy

Rental Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to booked time slot to avoid being charged a fee. If you cancel the booking on the day of the reservation or you don’t show up, the full cost of the booking will be charged. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your reservation. We will cancel the booking at no charge the day of the reservation if the conditions are unsafe or miserable (high winds or heavy rain/snow)
